Students Research Forum 

We invite graphical abstract of (a) advanced stage or completed PhD work, (b) completed thesis/project at MTech/MS/BTech levels not older than 1 March 2022 which are under the scope of sensors applications, primarily of one of the tracks listed on (https://2024.ieee-apscon.org/). Selected abstracts will be presented in the conference to get valuable inputs from the experts. 

Benefits 

Presenters of the selected abstracts will get a chance to interact with the accomplished industry professionals, reputed academicians and founders of startups. This will give these aspiring students a platform to network, valuable suggestions to improve their work besides exploring post-doctoral opportunities and/or job offers. 

Award

 Two “Best Presenter Award” will be given away during the Gala Dinner on 23 Jan 2024. 

How to Prepare Abstract

 Abstract should describe the entire work. It must not exceed 250 words. It has to be a graphical abstract. (For the sample of a graphical abstract, do visit: https://journals.ieeeauthorcenter.ieee.org/create-your-ieeejournal-article/prepare-supplementary-materials/#graphicalabstract). 

How to Submit Abstract

Selected Abstracts Presented abstract will not be part of the conference proceedings or in IEEE Xplore. Registration and Travel Support Each accepted abstract must be registered for presentation. Students of accepted abstracts must register under the “One Day Only Registration” category (https://2024.ieee-apscon.org/registration) which is a subsidized fee.
